Your information.
We collect only what is needed to manage a free reservation request. Optional analytics is controlled separately.
Reservation information.
If you submit a reservation request, we store your email address, fireplace layout, quantity of interest, acknowledgement time and reservation-terms version. First name and state are optional. We do not request payment details, a street address or heating bills.
We use this information to administer the request and communicate about it. A reservation does not sign you up for promotional mail. We do not sell reservation information or share it for behavioral advertising.
Records are stored using Supabase. Database tables are not accessible to ordinary website visitors. The intake service validates requests, applies request limits and uses a hashed network identifier to help reduce abuse. No raw IP address is stored in the reservation table. Infrastructure providers may process ordinary connection and security logs.
Optional analytics.
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 help us understand page engagement and successful reservation requests only if you choose Allow analytics. They do not load when you decline. Advertising storage, ad personalization and advertising data use remain denied.
We do not send form values, email addresses, names, reservation identifiers or full query strings to Google Analytics. Enhanced automatic form measurement is disabled. Analytics events use a small allow-list of page paths and interaction labels.
Your analytics choice is saved in this browser for up to six months. You can change it with the Analytics choices button in the footer. Declining analytics does not affect the reservation form. Revoking permission stops future collection from this site; it does not erase reports already processed by Google.
Retention and your choices.
Our operational policy is to review reservation records within 12 months of submission and remove records that are no longer needed, unless you ask us to retain the request or a legal obligation requires otherwise. To request withdrawal, correction or deletion of your reservation information, email info@heatah.com. We may ask for information needed to verify that you control the submitted email address.
The site is hosted by Render; optional measurement uses Google. Service providers may process data outside your state or country under their applicable terms. Typeface files and sharing graphics are served from this website.
